Down another -0.6 today.
That is a good number, but I did drink some smooth move last night. I am going to make today my last drop weight. It is still 2 lbs away from my goal, but at least it gives me the opportunity to get to my goal!! :) I am hoping to lose some more inches in phase 3, and maybe just settle there. I am not sure yet about taking a short 7-10 break and then going back into vlcd with drops or going through the entire phase 3 & 4 and going from there. I will just wait out the next week or two and then decide. UGH!!!
