Well today is my last day of my phase 2 "break" and I am down .2 from yesterday! Only 1.6 over ldw, I wish I wouldn't have to get that extra off, but nothing I can do about it, right! I am hoping for a fast loss of these last 10 lbs! :)
What I ate today:
Coffee with sf creamer
Almond flour pancakes
Natural PB & SF syrup
Apple with pb
Bite size sf york peppermint patty
Handful of almonds and cashews
SF french vanilla cafe drink
Steak with asiago cheese
Steamed vegetables
My wonderful husband took me to dinner at Applebee's and we each had one of the under 550 calorie meals, I didn't eat the potatoes of course! :) Happy Valentine's Day to all!
