R2 P2 Break D2

Up +0.8 over ldw today!!!

Not too bad I guess, considering all the things I thought I needed to eat yesterday, gesh!!!! :)

I am going to try and take it much slower today! I felt stuffed all day yesterday, and don't really care to feel like that today.

What I ate today:

2 cups coffee with SF creamer
Apple with cream cheese
2 eggs with cheese and chicken sausage patty

Left over enchilada bake with sour cream
Dried apples
Cauliflower with ranch

Atkins protein bar
Dried apples

SF french vanilla cafe drink
Pork chop (breaded with almond flour)
Salad with ranch
Cauliflower with ranch
6 almonds

Walked on the treadmill this morning for 1/2 hour, still at only 3-3.2 speed.
