R2 P2 Break D7

Well up again today +0.8...puts me at 2.2 over ldw...will be another high protein day to try and get back under!

I had to adjust all of my weights today because I was using the weight from the morning after my last drop day (because I liked it better) :) but soon realized the reason that you don't do that!! So my actual ldw is 157.4.

Today has been a strange day!! Had a meeting out of town for work today at 11. Thought I would stop and get a burger to have for lunch to try and get some protein in. Well, I had to wait for a company vehicle and ended up leaving town late...so much for having time to stop and get a burger. Then meeting ran extra long, didn't get out of there until 1:30...and I was starving! So much that I had a horrible, and I mean horrible, stomach ache! So went through the drive through and got a double cheeseburger afterward, had a hard time eating it, but knew I had to (no bun of course)! Sat there in the parking lot for about 20 minutes, relaxed back in the seat of the car, hoping my stomach would settle down enough so I could drive back to town. Finally made it back, but stomach still achy, so I went home early and laid on the couch for about an hour...finally felt better. Ate a taco salad (homemade) for dinner and some cauliflower, but wasn't very hungry. Decided that something sweet sounded good, took a bite of a tiny sf candy and it tasted awful. Just a little bit ago, I decided to make a mug cake to get more calories in and it also tasted awful, couldn't even eat half!!! So...this is either a good sign and I can take or leave the sweets, not very appealing...or I am still not feeling 100%?? Hoping for the first! :)

What I ate today:

Banana Walnut muffin with butter
Apple with cream cheese
Coffee with heavy cream and splenda

Pork rinds
Almonds, cashews, mac. nuts

2 flax cookies
Double cheeseburger (no bun)

SF French vanilla cafe drink with free whipped topping
Taco salad
Cauliflower & carrots with ranch
Bite of a bite size sf candy
1/2 mug cake with sf whipped topping
