Ate a little closer to 1200 calories yesterday, but stayed pretty stable...only gained 0.2 lbs. I will start to slowly increase my calorie intake to stay between 1200-1500. I have been reading a lot about the Primal Blueprint on the 4hcgsuccess forum, and reading some about it on their website. I am going to go out shopping for the book today, I really like what I have read and heard so far. It really seems like something I could follow for the rest of my life! :) Took it easy at the gym this morning. I was awakened by cramping in my left calf at 2 this morning (forgot to take my potassium yesterday) and while walking on the treadmill it started cramping again, so I just walked at a slow pace for 25 minutes and then did some good stretching! :) Happy Friday...thinking about have a beer or two at bowling tonight!!! :):)
