R2 P2 Break D6

Well, steak day helped me to release 1.6 lbs. Not as much as I hoped, but at least it got me back to 1.4 lbs over ldw. Today's weight is 158.8. I should have bought bigger steaks than what I did because I could have ate more, will remember that for next time (hopefully there is no next time! ) lol I will eat mostly protein today to try and get my weight down some more.

OMG, most of all...I forgot to add...that I am pretty sure I figured out why I had the gain!!! I made almond flour sf chocolate chip cookies on Sunday, remember, and ate 4 of them!!!!! Well, I find out yesterday when reading my favorite forum that the splenda brown sugar is mixed with REAL SUGAR!!!! Dang it, I need to read more carefully, I may be paying for this for awhile! :(

What I ate today:

3 cups coffee with heavy cream & splenda
Banana Walnut Muffin with butter
Freeze dried apples

Tuna with mayo
Salad with ranch, tomato, cucumber
1/4 hard boiled egg
2 pieces cauliflower with ranch

Atkins protein bar
1 serving (21) south beach recommended mix (almonds,macadamia nuts, cashews)

Ham
Cauliflower mashed "potatoes"
Green beans

2 flax cookies

Another attempt at cookies...this time I KNOW they are safe...and yummy! :)
