Well...it will definitely be clean eating for me today! I was up 2.8 over ldw today! I know this is still due to TOM, my stomach was so bloated last night, I have not seen it stick out that far for a long time!!! lol But today it is much better so hopefully with clean eating and high protein today, I can get a better scale reading tomorrow! :)
So...I went in today and entered my food intake from yesterday into my online food log. I consumed OVER 2000 calories yesterday...OMG no wonder I gained a pound!!! I am stepping back and slowing down. I re-read some information on re-introducing food and easing into phase 3. I am going to concentrate on eating between 800 and 1000 calories for the next couple of days, then increasing it up to 1500 starting my second week. Whew...hopefully I can get this back under control!!
What I ate today:
Coffee with sf creamer
CC cookie
2 mac nuts
Atkins protein bar
Tuna with mayo
Hard boiled egg
Orange
Hamburger with cheese
2 hard boiled eggs
Handful sf chocolate chips
SF french vanilla cafe drink
Feeling much better tonight after eating cleaner (and less) today, hope for a happy scale morning! :)
