R2 P2 Break D3

Right at ldw which means a loss of 0.8 from yesterday.

Better than yesterday and I feel like my eating was more controlled yesterday. I was not hungry, but tried to eat and did feel stuffed most of the day!

What I ate today:

Coffee with SF creamer
Apple with cream cheese
Mug muffin with butter

Tuna with mayo
Flax cracker
Few pork rinds
Banana muffin (almond flour)

2 almond flour sf chocolate chip cookies
8 almonds

Sloppy Joe bake
Salad with ranch
Cauliflower with ranch

2 almond flour sf chocolate chip cookies
3 chunks pineapple

Oh wow, I ate way too much!!! I made the almond flour banana muffins to have for easy breakfasts during the week and they are very good, tried one today. I also made some chocolate chip almond flour cookies, with SF chips for a get together tonight. AND...I ate 4 of them!!! OMG, the exact reason that I don't make them very often. I am sure the scale will not be my friend tomorrow! :(
