Down -1.0 lb from yesterday, of course I was hoping for more...but whadda ya do? :) I was hoping that cycling would get me some bigger losses when coming back into P2, but maybe I was wrong...darn! :( On a positive note, any loss is better than no loss, right?? I am still 1.6 over ldw.

Coffee with stevia drops
Shrimp
Cabbage cooked in organic chicken broth
Apple
Talapia
Cucumber
Orange
