R2 P2 Break D9

Well, this is REALLY NOT GOOD!!!! I am up 4 lbs over my ldw of 157.4!!! :(:(

I was a little worried about a few of the things I ate yesterday, and am sure that is what is contributing to this! I had a sausage patty from McDonald's as well as a salad from Red Robin. Was not sure if the sausage would have sugar in it, but I am sure it did!! Also, the salad had a Dijon vinaigrette on it which I was a little worried about also!

I am not going to do a steak day today because I was starving during my morning workout. Will do high protein and hope it helps...so discouraging and I am SO ready to get back to hhcg and vlcd on Monday!

What I ate today:

Coffee with splenda
Banana Walnut muffin w/butter
Apple

SF French vanilla cafe drink

2 pieces white meat grilled chicken
Carrots & cauliflower with ranch
Flax cookie

Flax cookie
Almonds & cashews

Cheeseburger patty
Salad with ranch
Cauliflower with ranch
Green beans

Workout today was 25 minutes on the stationary bike, rode over 4 miles! My legs were and still are killing me! Did a few weight machines (light) and bowling tonight! Good day! :)
