Today is day 23, so should be my last drop day...but...I am seriously thinking of going longer. I really want to get to my goal and feel as of today that I can keep going. Take it one day at a time, and I am now free to stop whenever I want to...I think that helps me mentally! :) I am greedy and would still like to loose 2.6#. My losses have been slow the past few days, but hopefully they will pick up to get me there...only time will tell!

Coffee
Cottage cheese
Apple
Chicken
Apple chips
Once I get back into the evening, I start to again think that it is time to stop...I think I will make tomorrow my last drop day.
