Up 1.2 from yesterday...which means 3.2 over my ldw of my break. Darn!
So, I am cycling back into phase 2 today after an 11 day "break".
I will eat a phase 3 foods today (prob. 800 calories) to allow the hhcg to get back into my system, then tomorrow...500 calories! :) I cannot wait to see the 140's!! Hope it doesn't take me too long!
What I ate today:
1/2 Apple
Coffee with sf creamer (2 cups)
Chicken sausage patty
Cucumber
1/2 apple
Orange
Handful nuts
SF Swiss mocha cafe drink
Hamburger patty with cheese
Cabbage cooked in organic chicken broth
2 strawberries with sweet 'n low
Well I didn't deviate too much from a normal vlcd. Just had a few almonds and cashews, 2 strawberries, the Swiss mocha drink and some coffee creamer. Hoping to still have a loss tomorrow and for minimal hunger! :) Walked on the treadmill for 25 minutes this morning, didn't feel 100% today, so took it easy. Got up at 5 a.m. to go to the gym even though I had the day off...find out while there that my daughter's school had a 2 hour late start cus of the snow, so I went back home at 7 and went back to sleep until 8! :)
