I woke up refreshed today...both mind and body and feeling amazing! I am so happy that I made the decision I did yesterday. The way I felt when I woke up today reassured how much my mind was not into it after only being in phase 3 for a week. Anywho, I had amazing energy and since we missed out on the gym yesterday, we decided to go today and I was pumped and ready to go! Felt amazing!! :) I think part of my struggle with going back into phase 2 was that I am just getting back into the gym and did not want to lose that or the energy I was getting back! So, did a little over 25 minutes on the treadmill with my speed able to increase to between 3.5-3.8 and ran a little. One 3 minute bout at 4 followed by 2 times of 2 minutes each at 4.5!! YAY!! I feel so much better running being 30 pounds lighter, it is wonderful! :) Another yay for the day is that I once again put on a pair of pants that fit me fine a week or so ago, and today...BAGGY, first time I have ever (had them for quite a few years) had to wear a belt with them! I don't think they will be around too much longer, the butt is very saggy! lol
Lost -1.2 overnight :) I am now only .4 above my ldw! :)

I was staving today, really think my hhcg lost it's potency! I emailed the company I bought it from and they said once open it is good for 3 months...well, mine has been open that long, darn! Another good reason I decided to stop yesterday! :) Had a few cheats today, hope all still goes well with the scale in the A.M.! Didn't feel like cooking something for myself tonight, so just went ahead and ate the roast I prepared for my family, it was cooked in cream of mushroom soup, which I avoided as much as possible!
