Down -0.2 today. Not bad considering my little cheats last night! :) That means I am only 0.2 over ldw! Once again had that good feeling this morning when I woke up! Went to the gym and did 25 minutes on the elliptical...I was really sweating! lol Did a few light weight machines for my arms...I always want my arms to be firmer! Love the feeling I have today...happy Friday everyone! :)

Ate more like phase 3 the last few days because I am positive the hcg is not in my system anymore, they lost potency! Tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. is 72 hours after last drop, but I am just gonna call tomorrow day 1 of phase 3 and eat like I did today. :) Had to go out to eat for a work meeting today, we went to Applebees. I ordered the under 550 calorie meal of shrimp and fresh vegetables. The shrimp came with a sauce on it that I thought said vinaigrette in the menu, but it tasted a little sweet...hope it treats me okay!
