Thank goodness...down 2.2 lbs today, taking me to +1.8 over ldw for my break! :)
I bought a new scale that I used today, and it shower .8 less than my old one, so I am liking that! :) Only 2 days left of break, I start hhcg and vlcd on Monday, ready to start loosing again!
What I ate today:
Coffee with heavy cream & splenda (3)
2 eggs cooked in butter
3 links of morning star sausage
Handful of almonds/cashews
2 flax cookies with tsp whipped topping
SF french vanilla cafe drink
Apple with PB
Steak
Cauliflower/carrots with ranch
Orange
Workout: 30 minutes on treadmill - 15 minutes running, 15 minutes walking. Can't believe I had the energy to run today! :) It was a great feeling, hope the scale makes me feel as great tomorrow! :)
