Thank goodness for another loss...down -0.6!!! :)
I AM FINALLY IN THE HEALTHY WEIGHT RANGE FOR MY HEIGHT!!!
I am very thankful that the scale keeps going in the right direction considering my first rounds last 3 vlcd's! Today is my last day of round 2, so results are 15.2 pounds lost this round!!! YAY!!! :) Only 1 dang pound away from my goal...pretty good if you ask me! :) Total loss on hcg is 31.4! I changed my measure days to Saturday, but I wish I would have done them this morning with ending P2, I think I will do that tomorrow morning!
So my husband decided that he was going to start eating right and going to the gym again. He stated this past Monday. So he decided that we should go to the gym for 1/2 hour on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings before work. Well, we got up at 5:15 this morning and headed to the gym...I took it very easy and just walked on the treadmill for a mile and then did some light weight machines. I do not want to get into anything that I won't be able to keep up with for the rest of my life since phase 3 is so crucial...I will just do some light walking this whole phase.
Another thing I wanted to add is that I need to remember not to eat that breading I made for my fish ever again!!! I have had an upset stomach since eating it last night and if I remember correctly, the same thing happened the last time I ate it...

Coffee
Chicken sausage patty
Apple
Parmesan chicken
Cauliflower and carrots with ranch
Lettuce salad with ranch
4 almonds / peanuts
