R3 P2 Day 6

Today is my normal weigh in day and I down 3 lbs from one week ago! Not too bad considering that I am only on vlcd4! =) I did not get an actual start weight, just used my weight from last weeks weigh in and who knows how much I gained during loading, so I am sure it is actually more! Looking back at R2, I had lost 3.4 lbs on vlcd4, so I am pretty much on track. AND it's still that tom, so all in all, I am pretty happy! Also measurement day, and I lost 1/2 inch in both my stomach and my hips! YAY!! *I am going to update this because I have decided that I will weigh in again on Monday, which is an actual week since I started round 3! *

What I ate:

Celery
1/4 tsp of natural pb (at most)
Mini meatloaf
Orange

Steak
Steamed broccoli and cauliflower
