Yes!!!! I have decided that tomorrow will officially be my first day of round 3!! I am so excited to get started...I want to lose a little more weight and inches (that darn abnormal fat that I can still see) =) hehe!!! There's not a lot...but there is definitely still some! I am thinking that at least for the first week I am going to stick with my weighing one time a week, so I won't weigh again until next Saturday...this way I won't be hung up on the # on the scale. It really does affect my mood for the whole day, whether it be good or bad, it's just not worth it to add that stress. I have made the decision to do another round as simple and stress free as I can! =) I am not going to be disappointed with a small loss, I mean my ultimate goal is only 10 lbs. away. I know that what the hcg does to my body is amazing and I know even if I don't lose the 10 lbs, with the way my body changes through this protocol, the proof will be in the mirror and in my clothes! FYI...you might have to remind me of that in a couple of weeks!!! LOL!!!! =)
Today's food:
Coffee with sf creamer
Banana
2 almond flour pancakes with natural pb and sf syrup
1 strip bacon
Package of mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, mac nuts)
2 sf candies
Handful of almonds
Cheddar wurst
1/4 cup mac n cheese
1/4 cup green beans
1/2 baked potato with butter & ranch
Orange
I am in phase 4, but still feel guilty eating starches...and to be honest, they really don't taste all that good! =) I only ate 1/2 of my baked potato because it was just okay...I could take it or leave it, didn't miss anything about it...so weird! Before starting hcg, I was a carbaholic...now I crave meat, fruits and vegetables...it is so crazy!!
