Today is the first day of vlcd, wish me luck!! :) Went to the gym for a brisk walk on the treadmill this morning. Walked at no incline for 15 minutes and at a incline of 4 for 15 minutes, nothing too intense! lol It's Wednesday, and I am wearing flip flops...yeah!!! Happy hump day! :)
What I ate today:
Coffee with SF creamer (yep, couldn't give it up yet)
Lettuce salad with chicken and acv dressing
Orange
Melba Toast
Hamburger patty
Apple
Asparagus
I think I am going to miss my phase 3/4 food more than I thought!! =( Oh man, I sure hope the next 22 days go fast!!!
