There was a very bright light shinning in the sky late yesterday afternoon. At first I was not sure what it was, then someone said it's called the sun, and then I was like "oh yeah, I forgot about that!" :) Really, it was so very nice to see the sun shinning...it has been so long! It is suppose to shine again today (can see it a bit through the clouds right now) and be a little warmer...something like 58 degrees...yay!!!! I cannot wait, I am so ready for spring and summer it is unbelievable!
Went to the gym again today, ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes, walked a few minutes, then switched to the wave machine (KILLER!!!) only made it for 5 minutes on that thing, then rode the bike for 5 minutes and finished off on the elliptical for 10 minutes. I felt like mixing it up a bit today! :)
Finally going to try the corned beef for lunch today. I had it in the crock pot for dinner last night but it was my first attempt at cooking one, and I cooked it on low instead of high...long story short, it was not done until like 9:00 last night!!! lol So hubby and I are both having it for lunch today...what can I say, a day late and a dollar short! :)
