Well, yep, I am up a bit today. Not too much considering my dinner last night, but I am +0.2 over my ldw, which is absolutely fine with me, the problem is that I jumped a whole pound from yesterday. Oh well, I am grateful that it was only a pound, and that I know the problem!
I am super excited because I received my Primal Blueprint book in the mail yesterday!! :) Been reading it and as soon as I get my things done on the Internet, I am back to reading! Have a great day! :)
