R3 P2 Day 5

Concert was amazing!!! It didn't get over until 10:30 and then to try and unwind and go to sleep, well yeah, let's just say I didn't have that much sleep. Hubby woke up at 5:00 a.m. as usual, but when he weighed himself, he found that he had met his goal!! Yay for him!!! So, he decided not to go to the gym to workout this morning. I was certainly fine with that, lol I slept in a little until about 5:40 but I am sure I will be draggin by the end of the day! haha I just don't understand how guys lose weight so darn fast...hubby started his diet way later than me, at the beginning of February, and just cut calories and started exercising! He lost 48 lbs in give or take 51 days! WTH?? :) I am happy for him, but I hope that he is able to maintain it, I am afraid as soon as he starts eating more he will start gaining back. Oh well, happy Friday everyone!

What I ate today:

Coffee with sf creamer

Apple
Chicken
Celery
Macadamia

1 tbsp fage with stevia
Mini meatloaf
Asparagus

I had a bit of a dizzy, strange feeling late morning and so I ate a macadamia?? It was weird. Then I didn't have anything prepared for lunch and I was out running around so I stopped for a chicken sandwich. All they had was roasted chicken and it was shaved, like deli meat, wth?? Pretty crappy eating day overall!
