The last few days I have been pondering the idea of changing my ldw. As you know, I tried cycling this round, only going back into phase 2 for 2 days, but still thought that maybe I should use the last drop weight from those 2 days. I liked the ldw from before my break better (1.6 lbs lower), but why struggle with it, you can't change anything and I have been stabilizing around 159, so as of today, I have adjusted my ldw. Probably where it should have actually been anyway. I plan on doing one more round, so I am fine with it being a pound higher, I am still loosing inches which is fantastic!! :) Off to another busy, busy day at work!

Iced coffee with cream from Starbucks! :)
