Today is officially my last day of phase 3 and I weighed in at exactly the same weight as yesterday...+0.4 over ldw! :) I am fine with that, I just hope that I can start to loose a little now! I have not been very hungry the past couple of days and so I have not been eating much, I just want to eat when I am hungry, not eat constantly, just to eat...you know what I mean? When I did eat, I did try to make it foods high in fat and low in carbs, but I hope I didn't mess anything up. I did a 25 minute workout on the treadmill this morning that I read about in the Primal Blueprint it was a good workout and fun, made time go much faster! :) I am taking it easy this morning...gonna go do a little shopping before doctor's appointment (annual) at 10:00, then it's off to a busy day at work!
What I ate today:
2 snack sticks of beef jerky (0 sugar)
Macadamia nuts
Starbucks iced coffee with cream
Chicken salad (homemade)
Famous Dave's chicken Caesar salad
Macadamia nuts
Orange
Spaghetti (used bean sprout for noodles??)
Lettuce with ranch
Apple
Snacks throughout day: Almonds, Atkins Protein Bar, Nutball, 7 SF caramel drops. WOW!!
