Happy St. Patty's Day!! R2 P4 D5

And it continues...still not a slave to the scale! It's getting a little easier, but not much! :) Finally woke up early today and made it to the gym!! Yay!! 25 minutes of intervals on the elliptical and a few weight machines...felt great!

I have felt pretty bloated since eating the biscuit last night, but I am also battling with PMS, so that's probably most of it! lol :) Hope everyone has a Happy St. Patrick's hump day...get your green on!! :)

Well crud...I ate a lot today!!! Today is definitely a bad pms day!

Coffee with sf creamer

Hamburger patty in biscuit

Atkins protein bar

Tuna with mayo
