Let round 3 begin!! :)

Today starts off my 3rd (and hopefully final) round!! Yay!! I am super excited and feeling optimistic that everything will be smooth sailing...after all it is only 3 weeks, right! :) Actually, it's the 3 weeks of phase 3 that stress me out more than phase 2 lol, trying to figure out what foods agree with your body and what ones don't is the most difficult part for me. Good thing is that I have a pretty good knowledge of my body now and do not crave things like I used to. I know that each phase 3 is different and will remind myself not to get frustrated if there is a food that agreed with me before, all of a sudden no longer does! I feel much more confident in myself and my knowledge of this protocol this time around. =)

Activity: 30 minutes on treadmill - mix of walking and running
Load day #1...I ate a lot! :) I will try to remember it all.

Coffee with sf creamer
Banana
Slice of Ezekiel toast with natural pb

String cheese
Beef jerky stick
Almonds

Ham & scalloped potatoes
Apple with natural pb
Macadamias

4 dark chocolate Hershey kisses
2 sf peanut clusters
Individual package of mixed nuts (south beach)

1 1/2 cheddar wursts
Cauliflower with ranch
Teaspoon of natural pb
4 sf licorice
