R2 P2 D20

Down another -0.4 this morning!

TOM is still hanging around...sure wish he would find someone else to pick on for awhile! lol Inching closer to my goal each day...4.4 lbs to go! :)

I guess for now that the salsa and I can still be friends! LOL!!!

What I ate today:

Coffee

Apple
Chicken sausage patty

Chicken breast (few bites)
1/2 chicken sausage patty
Orange
3 sugar free chocolate chips (see below)!

Made chicken breasts in cream of chicken soup for the family tonight, was cooking away and had them in the oven before I realized that I did not keep any chicken out for myself! :( So I thought...I will just try eating the "inside" of the chicken, avoiding the soup. Well, I took a few bites and was feeling very uneasy about it, so I warmed up a 1/2 of a chicken sausage patty that I had in the fridge. Hope it does not affect my weight in the morning.

OH....then, I have had these stupid cravings on and off for the last 2 weeks (and yes, TOM is STILL here) :( so I thought I would eat 3 sugar free chocolate chips, caved in and ate them, and guess what...they tasted horrible!!! Hopefully that will help me to not want anymore! lol
