Hopefully in a few days my bloated-ness (lol) from my period will go away and I will be able to get back under LDW before starting my second round...4 days!!! :)
Still thinking about my goal for round 2. I have always had a goal of 154 because that would put me into the healthy weight category. lol So I am thinking that is going to be my goal for round 2. That is 17 pounds, which is what I lost the first round, so I know it is doable. :)
What I ate today:
Coffee with SF creamer
1/2 ezekiel english muffin with all natural peanut butter
Banana
Cheeseburger with mayo and bacon (no bun)
Small piece of peanut brittle
Sweet and crunchy peanuts
Chicken breast
Noodles in gravy
Lettuce salad with Dorothy lynch dressing
Cauliflower and carrots with ranch
Cup of Swiss Mocha cafe' drink (SF and decaffeinated)
4 marshmallows
