R2 P2 D7

Down -0.8 today.

This is definitely going to be slow, and hopefully steady! :) I have to travel for work today, so I thinking of trying the Protein Shake - hope it is good to me like it is a lot of others! I was extremely happy to see 165 on the scale today...that was my lowest weight since 2005 when I really started keeping track, so anything here on out will be wonderful!

What I ate today:

French vanilla flavored coffee

Protein shake
Apple
Melba toast

Talapia
Cabbage boiled in chicken stock
Orange

I forgot to pack my vegetable for lunch, also tried the Jay Robb Protein Shake, I bought a small package of the chocolate and vanilla. Tried the chocolate today, it was very good. Hope it agrees with me well! :)
