R2 P2 D2

+0.2 over LDW

I only gained 1 pound from my first load day. I better really get to eating some food today. I would like to gain at least another 2 lbs to not be concerned about hunger!!!

What I ate today:

Coffee with SF creamer
2 cinnamon and brown sugar pop tarts

McDonald's:
Quarter pounder with cheese
1/2 medium french fries
3 chocolate chip cookies

Cheeseburger mac (hamburger helper)
Corn
Bread with butter
Cauliflower with veggie dip
Banana
Hot cocoa with marshmallows

I was stuffed ALL DAY!!! The McDonald's made me feel like total crap!!!! I am so glad I don't eat that stuff anymore! I feel like I ate a lot today, but I guess we will see how the scale responds tomorrow. I am very happy that I start VLCD tomorrow! :)
