Loss of -1.4 today!!
Yay...I like that number lol! I had a Jay Robb chocolate protein shake yesterday for lunch. I didn't have a scoop, so kinda had to guess at how much I should use, but it tasted good, was very easy, and seems to agree with me (and the scale) lol!
What I ate today:
French vanilla flavored coffee
Melba toast
Hamburger
Cucumbers
Strawberries
Chicken (ate a little and didn't think it tasted good)
Scallops
Grilled radishes
Apple
