I feel really good today, did yesterday also. Once again I want to say THANK GOODNESS FOR STEAK DAYS!!!! Got me to where I want to be!!
Oh and more about how great this protocol is...today is my measurement day and I have lost 5 more inches since starting P3!!! :)

2 links of turkey sausage
Banana
Double cheeseburger plain without bun
Apple with cream cheese
Cauliflower
Spaghetti (using cabbage for noodles and SF sauce)
Cauliflower with ranch dressing
Apple with cream cheese (splenda)
