What day is it??

I think today is the beginning of phase 3, but I am a little hesitant to add much of anything since this is my first time only waiting 48 hours after my last dose. I have added cream to my coffee this morning, but heck, I have been doing that practically every day anyway. lol I did make some breakfast bars that Jen P. had posted on her blog. Mine turned out to be more of a granola since I couldn't find my darn 8x8 pan anywhere in my house! I tried a bit of that...very tasty!! I do still plan on having my apple dipped in almond butter!!! :) I have yet to be hungry, but it's still really early! LOL!!!

Workout: 30 minutes on the treadmill, actually ran 15 minutes!! I am super happy that my knee is starting to get better, I was able to run for 8 minutes straight without it hurting! :) Then did a few weight machines.

Hope everyone has a super day...I have 3 meetings to attend...blah!! :) Oh, I forgot to mention my weight this morning was down another 0.2...at 151.6! :)

Oh my word, I feel so bloated tonight!! Way too much food + pms = BAD!!!! Sooo not a good combination! lol

What I ate:

Coffee with creamer
B: Apple with almond butter :), Breakfast bar
L: Salad with ranch, cheeseburger, 2 nutballs
S: Breakfast bar (crumbles), nutball, almonds
D: Noodle less baked spaghetti, salad with ranch, 4 raisins, macadamias

  1. Hey Jen, we are almost twins :) I am hanging in the 149 range. Great job on your round. Too bad your bars ended up like granola :) I love them! I could not find my pan either so I used a pie plate. That worked and they were thick enough.
