Didn't weigh today! :) 4 days until last drop day...I cannot wait for this to be over. I don't know if it has been harder the last few days because I have felt some hunger or if it is because I am finally happy with my weight and my body. I look in the mirror and finally think "I look good!" lol One thing that does not make me so happy though, is that I bought 2 very cute pairs of jeans last week (that were not very cheap) and one of the pairs is already too big, not quite too big to where they look ridiculous, but very loose and irritating by the end of the day! I knew I should have bought a smaller size but I have to get my head rapped around that fact! Oh well, too late now! Hope everyone has a terrific Friday! =)
I tell ya, this phase 2 cannot get over soon enough!! I had a few issues again today, I had to travel for work and at about 10:45 I started feeling hungry so I ate a melba toast in the car. I took my drops at 11:00 and increased them to 18, and then ate the rest of my lunch a little after noon. Then on my way back to town all I could think about was food...wth??? Felt hungry (not sure it was hunger) again at 3:30ish, took my drops at 4:00 (18 again) and had to eat an orange as soon as I got home at 4:30! I felt the need for chocolate so I gave in and had a dark chocolate kiss...ugh!!! I hope the additional dose kicks in and tomorrow is more pleasurable!!

Chicken breast, celery, apple
Orange, dark Hershey kiss, hamburger, french cut green beans
I can't believe your round is almost over already!! Pick the smaller size, you have earned it. What is your total loss this round?
ReplyDeleteLooking back, it did seem to go fast..but...at the moment, it is dragging! :) I am not sure phase 3 will ever get here! lol I have not dropped that much this round, only...and I know I shouldn't say only, but 10 lbs. as of yesterday, I didn't weight today, tomorrow is a weigh in day so hopefully it's more! :) I decided to make this round as easy as possible and so I have had a few rogue items and have not always weighed my protein. I even cheated and had a peanut butter rice krispie bar on Easter which stalled me! Thanks for the comment! :)
