Well...today's weight is the exact same as it was on Saturday when I weighed, 154.8. I was hoping to lose a few more pounds since then, but considering the way I ate yesterday, I am just happy to not see more of a gain!! :) And, I am still 154 which was my first goal!!! I have been really laxed on this round, which I had decided at the beginning that I was going to be, but I would like to be a little more strict than what I have. I am going to be strict to protocol this week and hope for good losses...only 5 lbs to my next goal and I would like to get to that by next Tuesday!!! I am not hungry and feel really good so I think it will be much easier this week! Hope everyone has a fabulous Monday! :)
p.s. I just realized that I forgot to take my measurements on Saturday...darn. Oh well, I will do it next week!
Rode about 5 miles on stationary bike today.

Taco meat, tomatoes, apple
Chicken breast patty, cucumber, orange
