R3 P3 Day 15

I did a bad yesterday and had raisins again. Although they are all natural, I think they are still too high in sugar to eat during phase 3!! Gotta get rid of those things fast! lol I was reading up on some information about the "The New Atkins, For a New You" and it is very interesting! It reminds me quite a lot of the "Primal Blueprint" book that you all know I have read and started to follow. I love the philosophy of both...I think this new Atkins book is something I am going to have to buy also. Phase 4 is coming soon and I would like to follow this type of lifestyle for lifetime maintenance.

  1. Jen, the more I read about the primal blueprint, the more i love it. I know it will take me awhile to get perfect at it, but I am doing about 80%! I have been doing what he says regarding carb intake and keeping it between 50-100 for "effortless weightloss" and have lost 4 pounds in 4 days! Love it!
