Had a busy work day today...had to go out of town for a meeting so I was not in my office at all!! Tomorrow is another busy day, 3 meetings scheduled, but at least they are all at my office. Today was a beautiful day...suppose to rain all weekend though! =( Oh well, tomorrow is Friday, then a couple of days off!
What I ate:
Coffee with cream, flax muffin with cc, 1/2 apple
1/2 apple, string cheese, tuna with mayo
Apple with cc, Atkins bar, slice cheese
Glazed nuts, chicken and broccoli cooked in coconut oil
1 sf candy, trial mix (raisins, nuts, almonds), sf chocolate chips
