Well...I couldn't skip the scale today...I was too concerned about the little bit of hidden valley ranch that I ate last night! :) But, all was good, down another -0.8!! Yay!!! Today should be interesting, I ran out of time this morning and so I grabbed an apple and an Atkins bar...I know other people have used the bars in phase 2 and been okay, but I have not tried them. I may end up chickening out and running to grab a salad??? I only have to lose 3 more pounds to be in the 140's!
I am sick of the cooler rainy weather that has been around the last couple of days, I want the sunshine and warm back...should get my wish tomorrow! :)
*Update* I forgot to mention how sloooow this round seems to be going...I had to write myself a note this morning stating "6 days" to keep on my computer here at work...I hope the countdown keeps me motivated, I just want to be done!!!! =)
What I ate:
Coffee, Atkins bar, wasa crisp, cauliflower,apple
Chicken breast patty, cauliflower with hidden valley ranch, orange, wasa crisp, 4 macadamias, tiny piece of cocoa crack
I was starving today, I don't know if it was because of the Atkins bar or what but it was horrible. And turned into a horrible day of eating!!! By the time I was done eating supper my stomach hurt SO bad...I won't be going off protocol again!!! =( Man, I hope tomorrow is a better day...and I hope the scale doesn't go up too much!!!
