R3 P3 Day 3

Well, my weight is up a little today...+1.0 over ldw, which does not surprise me at all! I went with the higher #, the scale was fluctuating between 152.6-153.2. I was NOT good yesterday!!! My daughter had her birthday party, and one of those cookie cakes from the Great American Cookie Company...I love those things, well used to anyway! lol I ate one tiny little bite of it and suffered the rest of the night. That thing was so damn sweet, I have no idea how I use to eat a whole big pizza slice piece!!!! It actually tasted nasty and almost instantly hurt my stomach. I think it is the pms that got to me and let me tell myself..."go ahead, try a bite"...stupid, stupid, stupid! I also had the toppings off of 2 slices of pizza at the party! UGH!!! Well today is a new day and I will not let interfere with my life, I ate it, and now I will move on! Thank goodness my stomach is better today, it's Saturday and the sun is shining bright, what a great day!!! :)
