What an amazing morning!!! I am sitting here at my computer next to the window which is wide open!! Feeling the nice spring breeze, listening to the birdies sing, sippin on a cup of coffee...just doesn't get much better than this!!! And I don't have to move from this spot all day if I don't want to! :):) I am feeling God's greatness on this Good Friday! Hope everyone has a wonderful day and much health and happiness...which of course includes good scale readings! lol
What I ate:
Coffee (1 cup with creamer) :P
Eggs - 2+1 egg white, orange
6 macadamias...
Ground beef in tomato sauce (noodle-less spaghetti), apple, sliver of cocoa crack
Lucky you! After a few beautiful days, and thinking that spring had sprung we have had 2 straight days of rain and snow! At least the sun is out this morning, but there is snow on the ground and it is cold!
