R3 P4 D2
Well as you can see from my food log yesterday, I did not do as well as planned! =)~ I had a slice of Ezekiel toast for breakfast which was fine, but then at dinner time I wasn't really hungry...I made my daughter grilled cheese and decided that's what I would have also, so I had two more slices...oh well, it could be worse! Oh yeah, it is worse! lol I also have PMS so there's the chocolate craving...I had 3 dark chocolate dove hearts AND a Whitman's sugar free assortment which had 3 small pieces of chocolate in it!!! But I will look at the bright side, I didn't have any real sugar, and the Ezekiel bread is good for you...but did you see my carbs for the day...I went over. Oh well, you can't be perfect all of the time! lol Today will be better and I am not going to feel guilty about yesterday! :) Looking back at yesterday again, if I track net carbs, I was at 100.8, so that's not so bad!
