LM Day 4

So...yesterday was definitely a "FREE DAY"!!! Wowsers!!! I had a few beers (again...I know!) :) and then my parents went to Dairy Queen at like 10:30 at night...and I got a cookie dough blizzard...holy moly!!! It didn't even phase me until today and I feel awful about it...but oh well, I will get over it! lol I didn't even eat half of it though, it was way too sweet...I gave the rest to my daughter! Back on track today and hopefully my yucky stomach feeling will go away! Yesterday was 95 degrees here...with humidity...it was HOT!!! Now today it is cloudy, rainy and cool...darn it! High for today is 75...that's a 20 degree difference...oh the great midwest! Wishing everyone a glorious day!
