Hopefully today is the first day of my LAST PHASE 4!!!! :) I hope to be able to keep myself in check and not have to do hcg and the vlcd again! Hcg has done great, great things for me (a better word would be AMAZING) and I am so thankful I found it. Now I need to take responsibility and maintain my healthy lifestyle forever!!
I am not going to have any sugar or artificial sweeteners today! Wish me luck!
