Lifetime Maintenance

Wow, I wasn't really sure what to call today...lol I guess from here on out it's just going to be lifetime maintenance! My day off yesterday was anything but!! I did a lot of running around and cleaning, I was very busy. I went for a nice run/walk in the morning for an hour, went about 3 1/2 miles. My legs are feeling it today, I don't run on the cement that often. lol

Today is a happy, but also somber day for me...my only daughter (child for that matter) graduates from 8th grade!! I am so proud of her, but it makes me sad that she is growing up so fast and will be in high school next year!! :( She is a wonderful young lady, I couldn't ask for a more well behaved, caring child! Wishing you all a happy day! :)

  1. Jen-

Just got back from my morning run! It was a nice stress reliever. The pancakes are great eh? I love them! It is so nice to hear you have such a great teenager. I have a 17.5 year old son, and most days I want to cry he is so difficult.... :( Your picture looked great! Keep up the good work!

  2. I agree. You look so good in your pic. It's nice to hear that your dadaughter is so well behaved. Mine is only 10 and a half and she is already acting like such a diva. I'm not looking foward to the teen years!

  3. Oh Jen, I am so sorry to hear that about your son...I am dreading the time when she is 16...hopefully she keeps a good head on her shoulders!!! :) Kathryn, we have also had our trying times, ages 9-11 she was also a diva and hated getting up in the mornings, and of course I knew nothing! lol Thank god she grew outta that!
